Return Policy

At Vendif GEMS, our priority is your satisfaction and confidence when purchasing your one-of-a-kind pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a returns policy designed to ensure a seamless, luxury experience.

Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return. After this time, unfortunately, we will not be able to process your request.

Product Conditions: For a return to be accepted, the jewelry or gemstone must be in its original condition, showing no signs of use, with all security seals intact and in its original luxury packaging, including certificates of authenticity and warranty documents provided at the time of delivery.

Request Process: To begin the process, please send an email to our customer service department. Once eligibility has been verified, you will be provided with detailed instructions for safely shipping the item back to our boutique.

Refunds: Once we receive the item and our master artisans have conducted a technical inspection, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. It will be automatically processed through your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
